Almond Butter Cookies 100g Ancient Bakes Teff Flour ½ teaspoon sea salt ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 tablespoons unsalted almond butter ½ cup maple syrup 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil ¼ teaspoon pure almond extract 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract Sea salt for sprinkling Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 180c. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine Ancient Bakes Teff Flour with the salt, and cinnamon. Next add almond butter, maple syrup, cooled coconut oil and the almond and vanilla extracts. Well mix with a spoon. Roll the cookie dough into small balls and place on the baking tray. Use a fork to flatten balls about halfway down. Sprinkle dough with sea salt. Bake for 10 minutes and allow to cool down for 5 minutes on the tray. Carefully transfer to a wire rack.
